Shot #1-Tea
Every morning after I get up, I have a cup of tea. I used to drink coffee in the morning, but I found that tea wakes me up just as well, and is much more refreshing. To me, tea is comforting and gets me ready for the day. I plan to take this picture using either birds eye, framing, or simplicity for this photo. I have a mug I made at Color-Me-Mine I made that I use every morning. I will take the photo so that the rim of the cup frames the tea bag inside, and at an angle downward as though to imitate my point of view.
Shot #2-Makeup
After I get my tea, I start getting ready by putting on my makeup. I have a makeup table I use, and I'm hoping to do some kind of shot with a mirror and a makeup item. I have used makeup as subjects for shots before, and I like how they came out. I like the vibrance and colors. For this shot I will probably use symmetry, simplicity, or texture.
Shot #3-Closet
I then pick out my outfit for school. I really like putting outfits together, and I think each article in my closet is representative of me. Often, my outfit has an effect on my day. If I pick out a particularly nice outfit, I will feel confident the rest of the day. I will probably use vertical lines in addition to repetition and variety.
Shot #4-School
School is a large part of my day. I plan to take a picture from a worms eye view in order to portray the importance and dominance of school in my life. I hope to take a picture of the big CV, because that seems to represent the school as a whole, as no single aspect takes priority. I am very involved in my school as a whole and the large cv, to me, represents all the possibilities it offers and the different things I take part in daily.
Shot #5-Clock
At the end of the day, I always start to look at the clock a little more often. I plan to take a photo of a clock that represents repetition and pattern as it nears three o'clock. To me, school represents order and a system that is on a repetitive pattern. I have the same classes at the same time every day. It puts me on a strict schedule that is dictated by the clock.
Shot #6-Snack
After school I always have a snack to wind down and refresh. I like texture shots of fruit so I plan to do this in my photo. The texture shot captures the water in the fruit, which highlights the refreshing quality of it.
Shot #7-Music
I have an activity related to music every day after school. I plan to take a picture using leading lines of the music, that lead to my violin in the background. For me, music has opened may doors and lead me on a path that has been successful. Music allows me to both relax and engage, and is an essential part of my day.
Shot #8-Candles and homework
After I come home from rehearsals, it is always late. I get worried about finishing my homework. When I put candles on it has a very comforting and calming effect. I plan to use a birds eye view down on my homework because candles give me the stamina I need to finish everything I need to get done
Shot #9-Shower
My shower is always the last part of my day. It is the only time I have all to myself to reflect on my day and things I need to do the next. I plan to take a texture shot of the water, as the hot water on my skin is a freeing and relaxing experience that winds me down.
Shot #10-Cuppy
I plan to have my last shot be a picture of my cat sleeping. She usually sleeps next to me at night, and I fall asleep petting her. For this shot I plan to use rule of thirds for this photograph.
